The department of Human Resource Development offers a practice based opportunity for the learner to become champions in the field.
OBJECTIVES
- To identify the educational needs of individual students and fulfill them through effective teaching methodology.
- To prepare the students to understand, manage and develop human relations effectively.
- To enhance students with effective Presentation and Communication Skills.
- To provide a study stream with knowledge, skills and attitude to occupy managerial and administrative positions in public and private sectors.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates shall have passed the three years B.Com/B.B.M/B.B.A/B.H.R.D. Degree Examination of Mangalore University or any other Universities considered as equivalent there to provided they have obtained not less than 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) marks in aggregate excluding language subjects.
ACADEMIC SCHEME
M.Com. (H.R.D.) – Master of Human Recourse Development is a 2 year program (4 semesters) affiliated to Mangalore University and recognized by UGC.
PEDAGOGY
