- Classification of services (IAS, IPS, IFS etc.)
- Constitutional provisions
- Civil Servants and their role.
- Recruitment of personnel – Training, promotion, conduct, salary, morale and other privileges and Immunities.
PAPER IV: ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS AND COMMITTEES IN INDIA 10Hrs
