He was speaking to the students of Journalism at Alva’s College Moodbidire at an interaction session titled ‘ Effective communication in Learning and Event Management’ organised by the Department of Journalism at PG Seminar Hall, on Saturday, in Vidyagiri.
He said ‘relentless curiosity is necessity of an effective communication and it is always important to know the audience before speaking at them. With regard to event management, he continued stating “Having a backup plan is the most important part of event management, no matter how credible you might consider yourself.”
Alva’s PG Journalism Head Dr Moulya Jeevanram, UG Journalism Head Reshma Bantwal, Lecturer Srinivas Pejathaya, Geetha Bilinele, Jishnu Menon and Prasad Shetty were present during the session.
